The polls have been closed in Zambia in an election which is expected to be won by the opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema.
Historian and lecturer of modern history at University of Zambia Dr. Sishuwa Sishuwa spoke to CNN’s Lynda Kinkade an hour ago saying Lunga can’t win a free and fair election.
